Hippy Cherry Preserves

Sour cherries, rose hips and hibiscus  are an unexpected match made in heaven. Jam-like, tart but not too sweet.

This sophisticated preserve is the perfect addition to crème brulée, custard, pudding, cheesecake, ice cream, make a dressing and savoury dishes.

Ingredients: Sour cherries, sugar, rose hips hibiscus and pectin
