Sour cherries, honey, rosehips and hibiscus  are an unexpected match made in heaven. Jam-like, tart but not too sweet, this sophisticated preserve is the perfect addition to crème brulé, custard, pudding, cheesecake, ice cream, pancakes, and baked goods.
