Haskap Jam

Haskap berries are a member of the honeysuckle family and taste like a combination of blueberry, raspberry, and black current. They’re a beautiful bluey purple colour and look a bit like an elongated blueberry. Haskap grow throughout the cool temperate regions of North America, Europe, and Asia.

Our Haskap jam makes a elevated topper for pancakes, waffles, vanilla ice cream, cheesecake, or fresh baked scones.  These berries are hand picked for their freshness and if you  have never had one - it is a cross between a raspberry and blueberry

Ingredients: Haskap berries, sugar, pectin,  lemon juice.
