Bumbleberry Jam

A great combination of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.  This is a lovely flavour that represent summer in the Lakelands.  This can be used on baked brie, cheesecake, on toast, and even ice-cream!  You can get adventurous and place a teaspoon into a margarita or a spritzier!

Ingredients: Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries  sugar, pectin, water, lemon juice.
