Twisted Fork Preserves Co. was born from a simple question our restaurant guests asked again and again:

"Can I take this home?"

What began as the jams, sauces, dressings, and condiments served alongside our meals quickly became one of the fastest-growing parts of our business. In 2022, we officially launched Twisted Fork Preserves Co., bringing our chef-crafted recipes beyond the restaurant and onto tables across Alberta and beyond.

Today, every jar is still handcrafted in small batches in St. Paul, Alberta.

Our preserves aren't designed simply for toast.

They're created by a chef who understands how flavour transforms a meal.

From vibrant fruit preserves and savoury onion jams to gourmet BBQ sauces, dressings, spice rubs, and specialty pantry items, each recipe is carefully balanced to complement everything from artisan cheeses and charcuterie boards to roasted meats, seafood, desserts, and handcrafted cocktails.

Using approximately one-third less sugar than traditional preserves allows the natural flavour of the fruit to shine while creating products that are as versatile in the kitchen as they are beautiful on the table.

Sweet Saskatoon berries, vibrant haskaps, juicy peaches, wild-inspired flavours, local vegetables, prairie honey, and ingredients sourced from Alberta farmers and producers inspire our ever-growing collection.

In 2022, Twisted Fork proudly became a Preserve ÉCONOMUSÉE®, joining an international network dedicated to preserving traditional artisan skills.

Visitors can experience the craft of preserving firsthand, discover how our products are made, and learn why preserving remains one of Canada's most meaningful culinary traditions.

Every batch reflects the same care, patience, and craftsmanship that Chef Deb first learned beside her grandmothers many years ago.
