We're pleased to participate in Alberta on the Plate! AOTP is a province-wide celebration of the incredible bounty grown and produced across our beautiful province.
Each year during Local Food Week in August, AOTP hosts a province-wide Dine Around where participating restaurants offer multi-course, fixed price menus highlighting local producers, growers, distillers and brewers. These restaurants range from casual to fine dining and everything in between.
Our AOTP menu for this year is:
LUNCH - Southern Peach Bourbon Lamb Burger showcasing local lamb, Journey North inspired Peach compote AND Lemon Cheesecake with local Saskatoons
SUPPER - Buffalo Trail Bison Ragu tossed in fettuccine and fresh parmesan & house-made Focaccia with tomato basil salsa
Beef vegetable soup
Mixed berry waffle with fresh cream
